The coat racks and hat racks we produce usually vary from 900mm. to 1100mm. in length, but shorter or longer racks can be made to order. With our coat racks and hat racks, Steve takes just as much trouble picking out the ideal antler to use as he does with the most complicated candelabra.
This also applies to the timbers he uses as a backing for the coat hooks to be attached.
He scours old building sites and old sheds for weathered , character laden timber, which after being carefully prepared back at the workshop , adds even more uniqueness to the antler creations. A sense of satisfaction comes with every coat rack , hat rack and set of

bookends which are bought, in the knowledge that something so beautiful is created from totally recycled natural materials.
Some coat racks and hat racks are finished with a clear sealer to enhance the hidden beauty of the timber to blend into a more rustic atmosphere , whilst with others the timber is whitewashed to suit the more modern décor.
